Toby Robson qualified in stone masonry and heritage conservation at Bath College. Specialising in lime-mortar repairs, he can tackle or advise on the repair and prevention of a number of issues and problems in old buildings, including
- Frost and weathering damage to brick and stone
- Cracks due to shifts in loading upon stonework
- Re-pointing in lime
- Recarving and replacement of stone

Toby is a Diploma 2 qualified Stone Mason and can cut and fix replacement stone or carvings.
Toby is a NVQ 3 heritage conservator. He can repair existing stone in situ.
Toby is experienced in Lime Mortar, Repointing for both brick and stone.
I have worked with Toby on several occasions in the field of public art including demanding technical projects. As well as his specialist expertise in masonry and metal casting he has a very broad range of technical and academic knowledge as well as an innate ability to solve problems creatively and assimilate new information, this combination of skills makes him a very useful person to have in any team where he is at home in any role.
